Rumana Jafri is a clinical psychologist and counsellor with over fourteen years of teaching and counselling experience. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology, an MSc in Counselling and Family Therapy and a PG Diploma in Business Psychology, and is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA). She has qualified UGC NET/JRF twice and has taught at IGNOU and IEDO. She is a certified CBT Practitioner, an accredited Life Coach (iGCLC™) and NLP Master Practitioner (iGNLP™), an accredited Transformational Hypnotherapy Facilitator, and a trainer in soft skills, POCSO and POSH. Her continuing professional development spans APA courses in data analysis and psychological research, alongside programmes from IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee, the University of Sydney and Seoul National University.
