Course overview
This course provides an introduction to the principles, concepts and applications of Hypnotherapy as a therapeutic approach. Participants explore the nature of hypnosis, myths and facts about hypnotic states, relaxation techniques, induction methods, therapeutic suggestions and applications in emotional and behavioural change. The course focuses on the role of the subconscious mind, guided imagery, stress management, habit change and personal development, and through demonstrations and practical exercises participants gain basic knowledge of hypnotherapy techniques and their ethical application in supportive and therapeutic settings.
This beginner-level course is delivered fully online and self-paced, with around four hours of pre-recorded expert content, practical worksheets, therapeutic tools and case-study discussions. On successful completion you receive a certificate, having built practical, application-ready skills for counselling, educational, personal-development and professional settings.
