Course overview
This 20+ hour course provides practical training in understanding relationship dynamics and counselling couples facing emotional and interpersonal challenges. Participants explore communication patterns, attachment styles, emotional needs, conflict resolution, trust issues, intimacy concerns, relationship expectations and couple intervention strategies, and the course introduces approaches for improving connection, understanding differences and facilitating healthier relationship patterns. Through case studies, role plays, worksheets and counselling activities, participants learn practical skills to support individuals and couples in developing stronger, healthier relationships.
Delivered as 20+ hours of live, interactive online training, the course combines lectures with hands-on live practice in real time, in small groups in breakout rooms, plus role plays, worksheets, therapeutic tools and case-study discussions. On successful completion you receive a certificate, having developed the confidence to apply these approaches in counselling, educational, organisational and community settings.
